You can use this system to make a payment for any outstanding Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) issued by the Council beginning with the letters YD using a credit or debit card, e.g. YD1**, YD2** or YD4**. We accept Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards.
By paying your PCN you are accepting that the PCN was fairly served and the case will be closed. If you wish to dispute your PCN you should go back a page and select
Option 2 – Appeal a Penalty Charge Notice, then follow the instructions on that
page to submit an informal challenge or make formal representations against the
issuing of a parking fine or moving traffic fine.
Enter your Penalty Charge Notice number and vehicle registration. These are displayed on the front of your PCN or any correspondence you may have received.
